period

My calves giving me problems tightness and stifness in my muscle is so f unbearable that i didn't run today and I am so damn pissed off the whole day I can't even jump over 130 f me seriously I don't want to be so damn weak and need to improve real badly why i can't seems to break over this wall get some stamina legs not weak yadda yadda so I went a tad crazy over supper ate 2 bowls of rice and ice cream for dessert comon I didn't even train and I'm mad hungry like this tell me what's wrong why so damn fup but, recieved a message at the end of the day made my day a lil better and msn; amazing?
